Location Warpcon is held on the grounds of University College Cork. UCC was founded in 1845 and today has 12,000 students and 1,700 staff. It is located in the heart of Cork city on the southern coast of Ireland. The convention itself is held in the recently built student centre, despite what some people might say about the whole thing actually taking place in the pub!
